Aussies do not do governance, risk and compliance, just like SRX.
Risk and governance unobtainable on the ASX and at SRX IMHO. We now know why the directors and GW sold when they did, or do we?
Might be the historical past of Australia coming back to haunt it. U only get convicted if u r caught and in Australia, u r either escaping somewhere or something or u got caught doing something naughty.
ASX companies must do risk (GRC) better IMHO but pls DYOR.
