I cannot help but feel that everything is lost as in the chance of shareholders getting anything back or that the company continues on in any way.
Once the admins are put in place they usually just find only enough assets to pay for their own fees and a few creditors, but as it has been already disclosed the shareholders are last in line.....Zero dollars for us
Is there any legal ground that has the directors at fault for their very average disclosures of what was happening with the crop and how it had failed but nothing was getting disclosed to shareholders at that time?
One would think and hope that they could never be allowed to be placed in charge of any publicly listed companies again, as a directive of the ASX
