The company was worthless the moment they binned their development team. It only appeared to have value to those outside the ag tech space. Due diligence should include research into the level of tech of the opposition. CLI started in a crowded field and then consciously decided to remove any ability to keep developing their systems. In the fast-moving tech space that is as silly as a square wheel. And then pretending to be actual farmers as a business model, with no actual farming experience? I mean, come on. Sure, the board talked up their status, but their actions all along were illogical in growing the business in the way they originally sold themselves. However, investors are missing a great lesson in life if they don't take responsibility for their own decisions when purchasing these shares. So many red flags it wasn't funny.
