I think this stock will not see SP appreciation until RE prices go back into growth mode. This is going to be a long hold, were this still around my average I would sell for the mean time, but as it is not I am just going to hold and check back in 12 months.
I hope everyone can trust their patience for the future or accept the loss here if they decide to reallocate their capital.
