Hmm. The Directors issued the half yearly Report with this statement:
'The financial statements are currently being reviewed by the auditors and an unmodified opinion is expected to be issued."
It seems more likely the auditors found something and then the Directors "initiated" an inquiry. It seems to have taken Directors by surprise.
