re: Ann: Market Update - Transaction with LS-... Comment taken on board asf. But, how and why would a Company offer a Rights Issue at a 35% discount to current SP when, as everyone has said, Copper is red-hot and SFR has big exploration upside. I just don't see it.
I read the comment as saying an alternative equity raising could involve a rights issue (YES PLEASE!) and if so, I don't see the price being much, if at all, below $7/share.
OZ selling down, not sure, although I think we've all seen that game before a take-over bid.
I think alot of people have been caught off guard with SFR and are realising the true value and potential in what they have.
I'm not selling yet, that's for sure.
