re: Ann: Market Update - Transaction with LS-... Ricstar, the way I read it is that a SPP will be at a similar price to the Nikko price, which was %5.02. Karl simich had this to say:

    http://www.theaustralian.com.au/business/mining-energy/ls-nikko-placement-abandoned-sandfire/story-e6frg9dx-1225943771148

"Obviously when you have such a material change in the company you have a simple duty to your shareholders equally, not just to one of them or one future shareholder," Mr Simich said.

He said that a rights issue for a similar amount of money would be the most likely path for the company to fund further studies on its Degrussa copper-gold project."

A rights issue for a similar amount of money, eg $5.02. It just looks like shareholders will get a replica deal that Nikko miss out on.

I am not a SFR shareholder (I took a buy order off when it was about $3.40 thinking it was a bit expensive). I do hold OZL, and our share price fell in alignment with yours today. No agenda here being an OZL owner. :) I'd like to buy SFR one day, and now I may be able to *if* the price shifts to around $5. That would seem very affordable.
