re: Ann: Market Update - Transaction with LS-... jojo- non-holder here again. As per my last post, it looks like you're getting a rights issue at $5.02. OZL don't benefit from your SP falling (we fell quite strongly today). It is OZL's interest for SFR to do well- possibly with the exception of your SP fallnig for a takeover. However, aside of that, I think the market is pricing in the inevitable fall in price for a $5.02 SPP. OZL has been ripping along- with a lot of thanks to SFR for you people doing so well. If your company decides to do a cheaply priced SPP though, the market will start shredding your price now, because in a few months, the price of SFR shares will be around 5 bucks.
