90% of orders (of 20$M) fulfilled and dispached = 18$M (but not paid?)
Unfulfilled regular order balance: 16$M
Is the 16$M on top of the 20$M order? Or is that money not received from the initial order of 20$M?
All a bit confusing....but looks like they haven't been paid for already dispatched orders and probably will never be.
