In a very competitive market, it makes sense to create barriers to entry via a low take-rate. Camplify is a niche marketplace focusing only on RVs and no clear competitors in its own homeground, so this allows them to monetise early. With the extra revenue, it's channeling the money back to sales and marketing efforts. So with wide selection, more liquidity (hirers + owners), Camplify is still the no.1.
There is no use if I have a lower take rate but I can't bring demand to you as a RV owner.
