I think most of us would prefer to see nice little steps up. Huge stairs up can mean big momentum coming down. I do believe the most pleasing thing is that most sellers who wanted to get out (or had to get out) have left and BUYERS now outweigh sellers by 40%. I would be delighted to see a nice upward trend over the next month as this will ensure stable platform leading to the launch of the APP. Then it can go Ballistic.
