1. Hartley's clients relentlessly selling 2 cent placement shares
2. Retail and professional capping (at least half the asks are fake IMO)
3. Most buyers, including most traders, are deterred (self-fulfilling really) due to above two points
4. Lack of perceived urgency for professional investors and institutions to enter
5. Poor investor relations and very limited market awareness
These factors can all change though quite rapidly, it's just a matter of time!
