You have no idea of who I am, at what price I bought or my business acumen, so please refrain from personal insults, that will just make me post more
Its pretty simple.
If my business promised to deliver a product on x date, and not only did not deliver but also did not inform my customer that I would not be able to deliver before the date....I would quite rightly lose that job.
This is not even taking into consideration the fact that my business had failed to deliver this product on a number of other occasions, or that my management team may have known the product would not be delivered on time and STILL said nothing!
To add insult to injury my business will tell you that it wont be ready...but we wont tell you when it MAY be ready. You can contact my business as many times as you wish but I will sit in my ivory tower looking down on my minions and make you wait a few weeks before I spend 20 minutes to write a letter to tell you what the hell is going on.

No but your right...12 months is nowhere near enough time with a team of "experts" to produce an app!

Lucky we have those "experts" to contemplate any issues that may arise, such as existing government policies or anything trivial like that!
