Called Wangle again just now. A lovely lady called Karen answered the phone and said that: "look no ones in the office currently, in fact no ones been in the office all day. I know they're all really busy but I will get someone to call you back".
Hopefully when (IF) I get that call back I will receive some clarification around the new projected launch date and why they waited until after the 15th for communication.
Still not too worried about the SP as I believe the app will do great things. If the SP does head south in the next few days due to lack of further communication I will look to average down my current holdings.
