I was a big supporter of this company but sold out a few months back when cap raising was announced. This might be one off items but it feels like there has been 2 years of bad news and problem after problem.
I am learning it is wise to sell at the first sight of anybad news, e.g weather lowered profit, timing issues etc as it is just a cover story for low profits.
The Expansion into meridian concrete has back fired, share base is diluted, debt still remains and it is all a bit of a mess it seems. Court cases could take 1-2 years as well to recover the funds and uncertainty hanging over it will wigh on the SP, upside you win back 5.6 mill downside you waste a stack in court costs.
I agree they may have knows things were worse for some time, directors often knowmore than they let on even when buying/selling shares there would be various bits of info they know and plans in place that are market sensitive that we don't know.
