    That response has given me the confidence to go back in, subject only to a statement from the company that there are no more potential liabilities re sale of Formworks.

    If they hedge that answer then clearly earnings could be impacted again for an unknown value - that probably accounts for the currrent 30% return on sp of .53p. if not then the company is either a screaming Buy at these levels or they have their own retained contracts with non provided losses.
