    Downside
    There is a marked difference between the current board and the old board - the old board were proactive and worked towards establishing a producing gold mine. The new board have done nothing since they appointed themselves last year despite a burgeoning gold market and a stand out gold prospect. Where are shareholder activists when they are needed?
