Downside - always good to read your postings.
This "board" has had almost twelve months to progress things but other than paying new consultants to confirm the direction that the old board was taking was appropriate nothing has happened. There are a number of ways forward for a project such as Glen Wills including bringing in joint venture partners which have significant advantages over capital raisings - the old board were undertaking such discussions as was indicated to shareholders last year but events at the AGM obviously put an end to these.
