"The AMU board Despite the substantial progress that has been made no final agreement was reached but we had a real good time on lavish outings & meetings but after so many weeks of having such a great time we decided not to take the 35c offer hopefully this will see the SP go nowhere as Shareholders sell in disdane,which hopefully will mean another suiter will come along to whine and dine us not long after trading again at which time we will go into at least a 6 week trading halt to make some real progress.
