any company with an operational plan saying "... we can only have a maximum of $1.5m in cash and all the profits goes to our major shareholder for yet another year..." should have a share price of close to $zero. there's no opportunity for a dividend or growth, why would mums & dads investors buy the junk ?

this exchange rate has got to be totally killing them.
