I'm thinking they'll forgo an OPR stake to SMC, that way the tarriffs payable by SMC will be reduced and put the WR project back on the cards.
They have a loan facility with RCF I'd expect the company to utilise that, they'll do the capital raise if they can't resolve these issues and accept payment from Mitsu.
