Interesting article in the Australian today about the board concentrating on negatives and ignoring the positives. Seems as though the board is intent on getting an as small as possible return for shareholders. Wonder what they gain out of the deal?
But there is hope that other parties are at play and may be able to pull something off. It would be a hard fight against blood suckers like Goldman Sachs.
