    I am thinking that the entire Pulp Mill Project inclusive of the Forest asset and Pre construction investment already made by Gunns could be costed at 3b , If GNS can have 50% input to a new JV Company via Current assets and Capital raising from the Prospectus and a JV Partner chips in the rest , then this thing is a goer.. Sentiment changing for me , from Sell to Hold ..
