I agree with michael1, this transaction was never going to take place before the AGM but it has to take place before 30 september or Nicks performance rights are down the drain, if i were Nick i would make sure i had a free slice of pie before pulling this deal together, because he knows share holders are going to vote in his favour to give him the performance rights to get this deal over the line, lets hope they get a good price for TalaHamza.I noticed under performance rights clause (c) in relation to the Menninnie Zinc Project, the formalisation of a joint venture arrangement to finance a drilling programme determined by the Board for the 2013 calendar year by 31 December 2012. I would speculate they have already had discussions with potential joint venture partner bought about by the strategic review so i can see quite a few things coming together for this company before the end of the year. my gut feeling is all these conditions for these rights are achievable because they are all aware what is going on & lets face it im sure they aren't going to set him up to fail.
