Gunns needs to clear ALL their investor,including R.E. position by November this year,I believe that is ASIC new mantra.If not that MIS part will bleed Gump,and at the moment sitting in limbo is the only thing that Gunns can do.
Plus the fact that litigation is still on going,I reckon the comment if Gump left suspension 3 cents is quite possible,and won't be the shareholders paying to water and feed the MIS plantations
