OK, so what do we need to bring on a class action? Who else's in? Who would you name as defendants: former chairman, former board, former CEO, auditors, all of them?

Other questions in my mind ...

OK so former senior management might have been involved in cooking the book I wonder whether the current management also involves in cooking the book the exact opposite way i.e. the former deliberately artificially inflate the book whereas the latter deliberately over do the write downs (hide value) to the benefit of some.

Are they allowed to write down any amount they feel like or are there any rules/regulations/guidelines? How do we find out whether the recent write downs are legal?

Now that the matter is referred to ASIC would ASIC investigate both former and current management?
