I think change of management required and this could be a turnaround.
Furniture business looks sound enough - they have revenue enough. Technology division is a bit all over the place, but seems to be able to produce a few wins.
Problem is that the business never produces enough margin and EBITDA forecasts are never achieved. Along with that, the various drama's around Alpha Aviation and the Tech division "sale" leave current management devoid of credibility.
Would be good to see the next round of capital raising leave shareholder power in the hands of a savvy investor with the means and will to make appropriate changes. Unfortunately, the last round only appears to have given greater control to current management.
