Inventis looks like a small company. i mean how big can a company be that has a little suite on box road in Caringbah?

there is irregular trading patterns. only on certain days. seems more like a private company than a public company.. not sure how it can be listed on the ASX given its not a liquid stock. i thought there had to be certain trading volume requirements for a company to be listed on the ASX

balance sheet says its worth $603,000
last year made an accounting loss of $3.8 millions dollars!!!

another thing i noticed was that they repaid a loan from Tony $650k ... looks like they maybe paying themselves back before the company goes belly up.
