All in all a pretty good update !

At this point of the game and in such a depressed property market both residential and commercial the progress made is encouraging.

The tenant occupancy and the take up of our product seems to be improving slowly. In this economic climate where people are conservative it's to be expected.

It would be good to know more about the take up percentages of each utility or product within the full product suite. Seems to be mainly electricity.

Don't know if this update was in part a reaction to the phone calls and other means of communication regarding concerns for the company or if it's just a
coincidence.

In any event it shows the absence of arrogance on Evans part which is an attribute.

The contract won by Simon Kemp according to a previous announcement is not small and is also a commercial contract. Interested to see how that pans out.

I know ages ago kiril wanted the company to fund it's own growth. Start slowly and then build on the momentum therefore not requiring the gracious and benovolent assistance of La Jolla. Maybe we can achieve this in the next 6 to 12 months.

And guess what punters.....if we can it will be game on ! !
