LOL at RHL letter. Dont blame ELD for leaving it in the bottom drawer till RHL get serious.
Sounds like a lousy deal for all ELD holders.
The bit that I really didn't like was

i.e. RHL want ELD holders to accept 20c SP. Good luck RHL. You need at least 50c to make me think you are serious. If this quarterly shows expected debt reduction improved EBIT it goes up from there....
