No BL***Y way should there be a merger. Ruralco is being opportunistic. Then it wants a substantial capital raising to kill shareholder value.
Elders Directors better think long and hard as I purchased at $1.50 and spent millions in the belief of what the company told me. If small shareholders were not considered I would have to look at what legal options are open to me.
I am against a predatory merger/takeover of a company displaying a real turn around.
Leave Elders alone to get on with its turnaround and growth strategy.
