Well, it sounds like a stall tactic to go back to the negotiating table. It possible for HL to walkway now, pay the break fee, and then may be come back next year for a better dealing position.
After all, they are holding the blocking card on any alternative offers from third parties. Tell me I am wrong!. Many of us just don't care and wont our breath any more.
