I think GJ's tone in the announcement gives you the distinct feel that SDL are finished playing games with Howlong and have finally woken up from their howlong induced coma...they have realised that the games Howlong have been playing have gone on for far too long and they finally mean business...

they are basically saying no more BS howlong lets get on with it...to me it is fighting talk...which leads to me think that SDL having started to talk tuff have a strong fall back plan if they kick Howlong to kurb..they have never really spoke like that until now...

IMO the project will still be financed by CDB...SDL know that they already have good support from CDB for Finance as was evident in a previous announcement, and the tide has definately turned in favour of SDL...

For SDL shareholders, I think the deal will definately be wrapped up, signed sealed and delivered with CDB and maybe howlong but when the deal is all done I dont expect Howlong to still be running the show...
