Thank you Wildyxx - it is nice to actually get some well informed posts up here. Everyone can have their own view on the size and allocation of the plan and voted that way or at least voiced their concern directly to the company. To imply these are free shares is ridiculous - they need to be earned. As you pointed out if anyone had actually taken the time to read the Notice of AGM they would know the shares are tranched across 3 major milestones and are completely worthless unless the share price improves. Furthermore the shares can be issued or acquired on market so there is always the option for the company to buy them if the stock is still around these levels when the first milestone is met.
I for one would like to propose everyone moves on as this topic is getting very boring
