    They said that mobilization and construction commenced in their asx announcement on Sep 11 and re-confirmed that on Oct 10 and Nov 19.

    If they now say that mobilization and construction is beginning now, were they lying back then, and if so, can we trust them now.?

    I think the answer is we can't trust them.
