    Almas M (the Kazakh "Sponsor") recently met with Citic and others asking for financing to undertake the acquisition of Satimola. Additionaly, why has the KPC board approved the issuance of a $30mn CB to China Asia Resources Fund (a fund vehicle related to Mdm Cheung) if SinoAgri funding was really in place?
