The lengthy suspension is no deliberate ploy, as people have already mentioned the size of this is big and the goal posts have changed considerably in the last six months therefore before re-listing can take place all asx requirments must be met and this includes numerous changes to the original prospectus ie, issuance of new shares, new aquisitions (satimola) etc. etc. Kpc are not blessed with multiple staff like others so the procedures can take longer.

I admit it has been a pain stakingly long wait however it now almost does seem that kpc will soon become the real deal.

It seems madame has major backing from big fish in china who want the potash asap rather than paying more from other parts of the world.
