Jubilee have been informed of said 'regulated event' by PLA and are still in. They have both agreed to an extension of time and court hearing is adjourned to 20th June. As mentioned in the update, the adjournment isn't expected to affect the end date. The 'scheme' is still in place and Jubilee haven't even posted it as news at this stage. Fingers crossed all goes well.
