MCP is a good business, in general (better since it got rid of the debt-ridden Opus printer). This article, written by Thoey on 6th June (Thoey is often bullish on companies he writes about), Thoey said the risk of MCP was integration of new business, which is what seems to have happened here. MCP did well to raise capital and buy. Buying via equity, as opposed to debt, should see it doing just fine in the future, imo.

This one, since if got rid of Opus, has long been tagged as a takeover target.
