just got through the 151 pg report from the Chinese government and its plans for 2014 - 2020 released last weekend.

Could be the right place at the right time for VML - references are general but indicate they 'will declare war against pollution' as they did against poverty.....(They also claim they will spend $US162 billion redeveloping shantytowns in China this year to boost its urban population and to support growth.....phew)...glta
