Sold out of this a number of years ago , company with great potential ie dam repairs , but constantly misses targets and keep blaming management , to me they have a problem with lack of financial oversight from the board of directors , what is the point of a board of directors if they are not diligent with looking at the monthly financials which is needed given the constant mistakes?
