Ouch, this is going to hurt once the additional Ample Skill shares (66.5 million of them) flood the BMB shares registry. This international based Chinese sophisticated entity is certainly taking its toll on BMB and its dilution/valuation, but of course with the voting power that this Chinese international investor has now accumulated, the Chinese international investor votes will romp home and additional dilution will hit shareholders yet again.
With all the work yet to be done such as more drilling and more drilling, feasibility studies, regulatory permitting and so forth, I can opnly assume that this organisation will be rattling the tin for more money soon. If this is the case, the dilution of your investment will continue. For those who like to push the compaint button, a little maths based on money in bank and money to be recieved may not be suffience to carry BMB into production dates

It's a long hard road ahead for shareholders and diltion leading into the future is assured as per the fiancing comment made in the annoucement, unfortunately more dilution prior to final finacing arrangements and hence, this company will be diluted yet once again soon.
For anyone thinking of investing in this organisation, take a look at this annoucement, the time frames befor production, the risks (regulatory/financial/planning) leading into production, the CAPEX required, the dilution affect with Ample Skill an international Chinese sophisticated and of course the destruction made to both Market Cap (MC) and the BMB share price. Seek fiancial advice befor investing into this organisation.
