I learnt this many years ago (when first starting out in business) and was 'beaten' into me by my accountant .... very valuable lesson indeed!.
It's beyond belief that there are so-called qualified & experienced company managers and board members, who apparently 'missed class' the day that this was being taught.
Simply mystifying!!
