    It is interesting to see some action at long last.

    My reading of the announcement is that only the Bidder's Statement will be released on Monday.

    Other documents will be released 'shortly'. It is the Independent Expert's Report that I am curious to see, particularly if it contains a valuation of Priority One. Then we can see whether or not Centurion's proposed offer to buy GCN shares from GCN shareholders is doing them in the eye.
