My memory is a bit rusty on Globo Lotto. Where did we read about the takeover? I remember doing some search of ASIC records for Globo Lotto and concluding it was not a crash-hot acquisition.

Curiously, no partners now seem to be listed on the site at http://www.p1card.com.

However the site is so slow (at least with Firefox and Windows) that I can't be sure I have searched every nook and cranny for partners.

Instead I can find only motherhood sentences in a mission statement - e.g. "Defining our inner and outer worth" and "Always Place Ethics Above Profits"

So the company seems to be in safe hands. Let's hope that ASIC and ASX think so too.
