I think IDC deserve an opportunity to complete what they have started, removing IDC from the EL (IMO) changes little, the problems will remain (greed) regardless. Renew the EL in IDC's favour under strict provisions if needs be, just get on with the job.

You would have to admit the court proceedings were dealt with a lot quicker than expected. I'm sure the company will look to continue to progress matters as quickly as possible.
