I may be wrong, but I think we still have a short wait before anything is signed off regarding any tech acquisitions, as Patrick Glovac (a director of ALA who is shareholder in GBX) is busy finalising the deal between LBY and Cirrus. Once this is finalised, then I imagine his attentions will be firmly with moving GBX along..
