I agree with you about Samsung throwing its weight around but I'm not sure that they will try to totally screw NRW.
Everyone can see that NRW is in big trouble if they make a substantial loss on the Samsung deal. I expect that Samsung will try to cut the NRW margin - maybe to nothing.
But there is a point where they will force NRW into court because they have nothing to lose and my guess is they will try to avoid that.
(Don't put your opponent on 'dying ground' because you'll force them to fight.)
So, just my 2cents but I think the battle is over NRW margin rather than over NRW costs and Samsung will use their power to reduce that to zero.
