But, like I said, it CONFIRMS that nothing has been agreed yet. This means that there was no insider trading happening prior to 31 March that pushed the share price down (which was my worry then). The share price has a fairly negative expectation factored into it, so if there is neutral news (no profits or losses) or positive news (NWH actually make money on Roy Hill) then the share price will go up. It's a good investment from an "expected payoff" perspective in economic terms.
