From the announcement, our management sounds positive. I am sure they will end up reaching at least a compromised solution with Samsung (win / win scenario). NRW is an experienced contractor and it hard to believe that they stuffed up in their initial quote or delivered additional work (outside original scope) without following the agreed variation of contract process.
Good luck to all shareholders and hopefully we will hear the next announcement soon and it will be a positive one.
